My own workout before Oly Class:
4x~500M run (a block around our box)
Rest 2 min between each
Results: 1:39, 1:44, 1:45, 1:46
followed by 40 burpees for time: 3:46

Our trainer had a breakthrough in his teaching and it most definiely trickled down to breakthroughs in our snatches.
Well, my mind is kind of blank today, so bear with my rambling. Most likely because I am already hungry again after eating breakfast 30 min ago....yes you heard me right...I am hungry. If you know me at all, my weakest point has always been my nutrition. I have never had a problem showing up to class or motivating myself to push through the pain, but when I saw jelly beans or brownies, for some reason, I broke down.
Finally, I am making a change. I picked up the booked The Paleo Diet for Athletes and committed to making it my life when I was through. Today is my third day and it has definitely made a huge difference. I am not as sore (aka hello quick recovery) and I want to eat instead of forcing myself to eat. My body is already thanking me. I am treating my body exactly how I want it to perform: GREAT.
